Reduce Processed Foods

Generally the more processed a food is, the less vitamins, minerals and nutrients
it contains, and the more chemicals, toxins, pesticides and preservatives it contains.
To maximize nutrition, eat most of your foods in the whole, raw and preferably organic
state. There are many different types of processed foods, some that are higher in
pesticides and some that are lower in chemicals and pesticides. This chart gives
examples of which fruits and veggies are highest and lowest in containing pesticides.
